Divisions
The Graduate School of Engineering of Osaka Prefecture University offers a Master’s Course (normally 2 years) and subsequent Doctoral Course (normally 3 years). Under the guidance of the teaching staff, students receive specialized lectures in engineering, participate in exercises, and conduct special research, thereby acquiring highly specialized knowledge and abilities to find and solve problems. Students with excellent academic performance may complete the courses in a shorter period than the designated number of years. Upon completion of each course, a master’s degree (in engineering) or doctoral degree (in engineering) is conferred.
The Graduate School of Engineering consists of six divisions.
These divisions are further divided into several specialized departments.
